Two years later, Angel moved to Glasgow and enrolled in the Drawing and Painting program at the prestigious “Glasgow Academy of Fine Art”.
Under the tutelage of famed artists Sarah Margaret Gibson and Lee Craigmile, he spent five years learning more about color theory, composition, and technique. This formal training had a profound effect on his artistic vision. People now often refer to his work as paintings on skin rather than traditional tattoos.
