Most artists start their journey with teachers and studios around them. Angel Mitov did not have that choice. When he was 15 years old, there were no tattoo mentors where he lived. Entering the tattoo world felt out of reach. He had two choices, stop dreaming or build his own way forward.
Angel chose to build. Using spare electronic parts, he created his first tattoo machine from a radio motor and a guitar string. Before touching real skin, he practiced for months on fruit, learning control, depth, and detail. The process was slow and lonely, but Angel knew realistic tattoos demand patience. This early discipline influenced the artist he was to become.
In 2010, Angel finally saved enough money to buy professional tattoo equipment. His mother had complete faith in him and became his first real client. That moment marked the start of his career as a professional tattoo artist. Success followed quickly. Angel won multiple awards at the Bulgarian Tattoo Convention over several years.
